Our maintenance service is founded on the following concepts: the maximum availability of your elevator, customer satisfaction and communication.

Thanks to our breakdown call-out service, which covers the whole of Belgium and the north of France (above Paris) and which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our experienced technicians are on hand whenever you need them, while our products are easy to use and can be replaced quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The two-way communication system installed in each elevator cabin allows users to stay in permanent contact with our 24-hour call centre.

An inspection chart is also completed on each visit and placed in your elevator’s safety file.

Stalift guarantees that your elevator, goods elevator, escalator, chair lift, etc. works correctly.

Every installation carried out by STALIFT is recorded on a database, which provides us with instant access to a complete history of every appliance: number of visits, breakdowns, repairs, quality checks, technical data, etc.

All the work carried out on your elevator will be recorded on a maintenance form, a copy of which will be sent to the building manager.
