Maintenance agreement :

Stalift offers you the following three types of maintenance agreements for your elevator, escalator, goods elevator, chair lift, etc. However, if you believe there are special criteria that need to be taken into consideration for your building, Stalift will offer you a bespoke maintenance agreement that meets your requirements and ensures your complete satisfaction.

Basic maintenance agreement :

  • Rapid 24-hour elevator breakdown call-out service available seven days a week.
  • Complete maintenance of your elevator, escalator, chair lift, etc., with weekly visits.
  • All necessary services ensuring that your Stalift appliance works properly and safely.

    Supply of grease, refill oil, small maintenance parts (e.g. floor landing light, door contacts, etc.).

  • Our call centre is on hand 24 hours a day and seven days a week to answer any questions or requests you may have with regard to your elevator, escalator, chair lift, etc.

Standard maintenance agreement :

  • Rapid 24-hour elevator breakdown call-out service available seven days a week.
  • Complete maintenance of your elevator, escalator, goods elevator, chair lift in six preset phases.
  • All necessary services ensuring that your Stalift appliance works properly and safely.
  • Supply of grease, refill oil, small maintenance parts (e.g. floor landing light, door contacts, etc.).
  • Our call centre is on hand 24 hours a day and seven days a week to answer any questions or requests you may have with regard to your elevator, escalator, chair lift, etc.

Optimum maintenance agreement :

Features all preventive maintenance agreement criteria in addition to a full guarantee covering your elevator, escalator, chair lift, etc. for the entire duration of the agreement (five, ten, 15, 20 years etc.).
